UK govt mulls costs for bidders

Exclusive: The UK government is considering the potential for providing some costs to bidders on large-scale privately financed schemes, Partnerships Bulletin understands.

Sources suggest that, across government, there is appetite to consider whether it may be beneficial to provide some compensatory costs to losing bidders on “larger procurements” using the PF2 model.
